Abstract:Nine allylic ether compounds(2a~2i; 2c, 2e~2i were novel compounds) were synthesized by intermolecular nucleophilic substitution reaction, using allylic alcohols(1a~1i) and ethanol as starting materials, FeCl3 as catalyst. The yields of 2a~2i were 80%~95%. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HR-ESI-MS. Effects of catalyst, solvent, reaction temperature and time on yield of 2a were investigated. The results showed that the yield of 2a was 95% under the optimized reaction conditions[1a 0.5 mmol, FeCl3 4 mg, EtOH 2.5 mmol, CH2Cl2 as solvent, reacted at rt for 0.8 h].
