Abstract:Five novel α-aminophosohonate derivatives containing 6-(4-aminophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)pyridazinone were synthesized by Mannichtype reaction of aromatic aldehyde, diethyl phosphite and 6-(4-aminophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)-pyridazinone, which was prepared by Friedel-Crafts acylation, amide hydrolysis and condensation, using acetylaniline and succinic anhydride as starting materials.
